湖北省小型水电站增效扩容改造前期调查分析

为了切实做好小水电的增效扩容改造工作，对国内小型水电站的机电设备及其运行现状进行了调查研究。针对目前小型水电站普遍存在的安全管理盲区、新技术推广应用严重滞后、技术观念陈旧、以及潜在优势未引起重视等问题进行了分析，并将增效扩容改造目标上升到增效、安全、节能和环保的高度，提出了小水电机电设备技术改造的新思路和建议。

Pre - survey Analysis of Volume Expansion and Efficiency Renovation in Small Hydropower Stations of Hubei Province

In order to do well in the volume expansion and efficiency renovation of small hydropower, the mechanical and electrical equipment in domestic small hydropower stations and operation status quo are researched. The problems of management blind spot, serious lagging of new technology promotion and application, old technology concept, insufficient emphasis on potential advantage and the like, which are common in small hydropower stations at present, are analyzed, the purpose of efficiency renovation and volume expansion is increased to the height of efficiency renovation, safety, energy conservation and environment protection, and new concepts and suggestions of small hydro mechanical and electrical equipment technological innovation are proposed.
