| 摘 要： | 配合科研主管部门，打好档案收集工作基础，配合科研人员，提高档案收集的质量，做好服务，提高档案归档率是做好档案收集工作的保障，服务周到，不厌其烦的调档，帮助读者检索，下架上架档案是档案工作者的职责，但档案是有密级的，借阅是有范围的，必须按照规定范围的读者借阅规定范围的档案。保护归档材料即保护企业和科研人员的知识产权。是提高科研档案归档率的目的和有力保证。
