| Abstract: | This paper introduces the basic concept of project team and summarizes the characteristics of high efficiency teams. Based upon introduction of primary works of leaders in building high efficiency project teams the roles of leaders as well as their leading skills are discussed in order to realize efficiently management of project teams. |
