新型高精度多通道测温系统的研究

摘    要:提出一种基于NTC热敏电阻的新型高精度多通道测温方案。采用比较测量法,消除了恒流源的不确定性对测量精度的影响;采用高性能模拟开关进行切换,实现了多通道测温。设计了测量电路,通过采用电流倒向技术和恒流源与ADC共用基准源,提高了测温精度。测试结果表明,该测温系统在18℃-22℃范围内,温度测量精度可达±0.01℃,测量分辨率为0.001℃。

Abstract:A new type of high-precision multi-channel temperature measurement program based on NTC thermistors was proposed.The uncertainty of constant-current source which affects the measurement accuracy is eliminated by using comparison measurement;the multi-channel temperature measurement is achieved by using high-performance analog multiplexers.A concrete measurement circuit was designed.The measurement accuracy is improved by using current backward technology and making the constant-current source share the same reference voltage source with the ADC.The test results show that the precision can be ±0.01℃ and the measuring resolution is 0.001℃ in the range from 18℃ to 22℃.
