摘    要:以SUES-1节能赛车为基础,改善底盘和车身各总成的性能,通过CATIA视觉化人机工程学模块以及装配模块对整车总体布置改进设计,对关键总成进行强度校核和模态分析,并进行了整车性能分析和计算.通过流体力学分析软件FLUENT对车身造型的分析,得到空气动力性能较好的车身造型,完成一部整车设计,达到比原型车更为节能的目的.

Abstract:The research is based on the SUES-1 EP car for improving various sub-assembly capabilities of the chassis and the body. The entire vehicle was laid out again through the vision ergonomics module and assembly module of CATIA. The intensity checkout and modality analysis for several essential parts were compared. The analysis and theoretical calculation of characteristics of the entire car were carried out. The advanced body modelling was made through the hydrodynamics software FLUENT and a better lift-drag ratio body was attained. Finally, an entire EP car model has been completed and it is more economical in energy.
