机床液压系统压力冲击的产因与解决办法

摘    要:机床液压系统由于油液流动方向迅速改变或突然停止流动,产生压力冲击。压力冲击会影响液压机构工作稳定性,引起系统中的密封装置、管路、元件的损坏;压力冲击一般产生在液压缸、换向阀及系统部位;出现压力冲击,应根据情况对液压缸、换向阀等进行检修,对系统进行必要的调整,以减缓冲击。

Abstract:Because of the quick change and unexpected stop of the circulating direction of oil liquid, the machine tool hydraulic system will produce pressure impact. The pressure impact will produce influence on the steadiness of hydraulic system, and lead to the damage of seal apparatus, piping, and components in the system; the pressure impact always takes place at the hydraulic cylinder, the inverting valve and systematic parts. If there appears a pressure impact, an overhaul to the hydraulic cylinder and the inverting valve should be adopted and an adjustment is also needed in order to retard the impact.
