采空区对地表窑洞稳定性的影响研究

摘    要:煤矿开采必然会引起地表建筑物的沉降变形,若沉降量超出规定范围,将会导致窑洞的变形破坏。为分析采空区对地表窑洞稳定性的影响,本文利用FLAC3D软件,研究了地表窑洞受采空区影响时的沉降变形与破坏规律。结果表明:窑洞受采空区影响时,从拱顶至底部沉降量逐渐减小;窑洞沉降量随开采厚度和工作面推进度的增大而增大,但随开采深度的增大而减小;窑洞位于采空区中央正上方时沉降量最大,而位于采空区边界上方时,窑洞的不均匀沉降最明显;煤矿开采后及时填充,可利于提高窑洞稳定性。本文结论为研究采空区对地表建筑物的影响提供了参考。

Abstract:Settlement deformation of surface buildings would occur because of coal mining inevitably, it would cause the deformation failure of cave dwelling if vertical settlement beyond the prescribed scope. In order to analyze the effect of goaf on the stability of surficial cave dwelling, the settlement regularities and stress characteristics of the cave dwellings was studied by FLAC3D. It shows that the settlement under the influence of mined-out area decreases from dome to bottom of cave. Cave settlement decreases as the increase of the mining thickness and face advance and enlarges as the mining depth. The maximum settlement occurred when the cave was located above the mined-out area, and the most obvious asymmetry settlement can be observed when the cave was located above the goaf area boundary. The results can provide reference for the study about the effects of buildings on the goaf surface.
