内燃机柴滤架振动特性分析

摘    要:针对LDW1003型内燃机柴滤架螺栓经常振动断裂的现象,将模态试验分析技术和有限元模态分析相结合,建立了柴滤架结构的有限元模型。通过对柴滤架结构的现场振动测试,并用DASP软件进行信号处理,确定振动的主方向及其频率特征;利用ANSYS分析软件,建立与实际情况近似的有限元模型,结合振动测试试验结论确定主振动模态,并进一步扩展模态,对主振动模态做相对应力分析,找出问题的原因并提出解决方案。并对提出的改进结构进行有限元分析,证明了该方案的合理性。
