矿井提升系统阻尼式过放缓冲装置的研究

摘    要:根据鑫珠春矿的实际情况及矿井提升系统过放缓冲的基本要求,设计了阻尼式过放缓冲装置物理模型,并针对该物理模型建立了数学模型,进行了仿真分析。确定了阻尼式过放缓冲装置的设计方案,并对主要结构件进行了强度校核和ANSYS结构分析。结果表明,该缓冲装置的结构强度是安全可靠的。

Abstract:The damping overfall buffer is designed according to the actual situation in Xinzhuchun Mine and the basic requirements of overfall buffering of the mine hoist.The mathematical model of the buffer is established according to the physical model,and the simulation and analysis are also carried out.The design scheme of the damping overfall buffer is determined,and the strength of main components is checked and the structural analysis is carried out by ANSYS.The results show that the structural strength of the ...
