基于对比评优机制的空压机集控系统的设计

摘    要:基于对比评优机制的空压机集控系统的设计,解决了多台螺杆式空压机并网运行时集中控制程度不高的问题,在实现了对空压机组实时监控、信息远程共享、故障报警及自动诊断等的基础上,设计对比评优机制,根据所监测的压力、温度终态值及启动过程,对空压机性能、状态进行比较和评价,并将评价结果反馈给控制系统,进而控制空压机运行组合顺序,实现机组运行的最优化。

Abstract:A centralized control system for the air compressor designed based on contrast and appraisement mechanism solves the low centralized control level while several screw air compressors are integrated into the network to operate together, and also make real-time monitoring, information long-distant sharing, fault alarming and automatic diagnosis come true.
