基于AMESim的液压凿岩机冲击机构动态仿真

摘    要:通过对液压凿岩机的结构与工作机理的分析,运用AMESim软件建立其冲击机构的动力学模型,仿真得出其活塞和换向阀芯的位移及活塞前后腔压力变化等特性曲线。仿真分析表明,仿真模型工作状态与凿岩机实际运行情况相符,为液压凿岩机的设计研究提供了新的依据和手段。

Abstract:Through analysis on the structure and the opearation mechanism of the hydraulic rock drill,the dynamic model of its impact mechanism is built with AMESim,and the displacement variation curves of the piston and the reversing spool as well as the pressure variation curves of the piston chambers are obtained.The simulation results show that the simulation model has the same operation status with the actual operation,which offers new references and method for the design and the study of the hydraulic rock drill...
