综采工作面自动化集成监测系统研究

摘    要:在高节点数大容量现场工业总线组网技术的基础上,研究了一种基于CAN总线、Modbus协议及iFIX软件的综采工作面集成系统,实现对综采工作面各设备节点的集成监测、远程通信及Web远程发布。介绍了各设备节点分布结构、系统环网组成、远程通信技术及iFIX的相关配置。

Abstract:Based on the network technology of field industrial bus with many nodes and large capacity,a kind of integrated system used for fully-mechanized working faces is studied based on CAN bus,Modbus protocol and iFIX software.The system realizes the integrated monitoring of all nodes of all equipments on fully-mechanized working faces,telecommunication and Web long-distance issue.In addition,layout of all equipment nodes,constitution of system loop network,telecommunication technology and relevant configuration ...
