摘    要:立磨作为一种高效节能、用途广泛的粉磨设备,已在国内外水泥行业得到广泛的应用。其工作时所需研磨力由液压缸提供,连接液压缸及施压连杆(设备中称为摇臂)的中间结构——拉杆,常因结构设计不合理及维护使用不当等原因发生断裂。从立磨运转时生产工艺控制及拉杆结构设计两方面进行断裂原因分析,并提出了有效的解决方案,在实际应用中取得了很好的效果。

Abstract:Serving as a kind of high-efficient,energy-saving and widely-used grinding equipment,the vertical mill has broadly used in cement industry at home and aboard.Its grinding incentive is supplied by the hydraulic cylinder,and the connection unit between the cylinder and the forcing connecting rod(called as rocker) is the pull rod.The pull rod often breaks due to unreasonable design as well as improper maintenance and employment.The paper carries out the causal analysis of the breaking of the pull rod during th...
