细粒浮选精煤加压过滤深度脱水试验研究

摘    要:为了解决现场加压过滤机处理细粒浮选精煤水分超标问题,采用自制实验室加压过滤脱水系统,进行了一系列细粒浮选精煤的絮凝脱水试验,考察了絮凝剂类型、剂量、空气压力和通气时间等因素对脱水过程的影响。通过试验,滤饼水分降低到16.61%,滤液固体物浓度为0.90%。同时,发现絮凝剂能够明显缩短过滤的穿透时间,且阴离子型絮凝剂效果较好;空气压力和通气时间对降低滤饼水分的影响显著。

Abstract:In view of excessive water in fine cleaned water processed by pressure filter,a self-made laboratory pressure filtration and dewatering system is used to carry out flocculation dewatering experiment of the fine cleaned coal,and the influence of flocculant type,dosage,air pressure and ventilation duration on the dewatering efficiency is studied.After the experiment,the water content of the filter cake reduces to 16.61%, and the solid content of the filtrate is 0.90%.In addition,it is found that the flocculan...
