基于ADAMS和AMEsim的装载机联合仿真

摘    要:针对ZL50型装载机液压系统的节能改造,建立机械模型,并进行联合仿真。在ADAMS中构造ZL50型装载机的机械模型,添加约束副。在AMEsim中构造出ZL50型装载机改造后的液压系统,最终实现液压和机械系统的联合仿真,准确地模拟出ZL50型装载机的真实工作情况。

Abstract:In view of energy-saving aimed reconstruction of the hydraulic system of ZL50 loader, a mechanical model is established, and relevant combined simulation is carried out. The mechanical model of ZL50 loader is built in ADAMS and constrain pairs are added onto the model, meanwhile, the reconstructed hydraulic system of ZL50 loader is formed in AMEsim. Finally, the combined simulation of the hydraulic and mechanical system is realized, thus the actual operation status of ZL50 loader is accurately simulated.
