基于AMESim的液压机械手负载敏感系统仿真研究

摘    要:针对液压机械手流量和压力分配以及负载变化,对流量的影响问题进行了深入地研究,提出了一种节能控制的方法——负载敏感控制。阐述了负载敏感液压系统的构成和工作原理,建立了负载敏感多路阀、负载敏感泵和机械手液压系统的AMESim模型。通过对系统的仿真研究证明,机械手在连续轨迹动作时,5个回路之间的流量不受影响,同时也不受负载变化的影响;系统压力和回路中最大压力的压差保持不变,且系统有明显的节能作用。
