立式辊磨机内部空气流场特性的仿真研究

摘    要:首先介绍了立式辊磨机的结构和工作原理,然后在此基础上利用计算流体动力学仿真软件对立式辊磨机内部的空气流场分布特性进行了数值仿真研究。数值仿真结果表明,在立式辊磨机内部存在一个巨大的漩涡,该漩涡的存在不仅严重浪费了系统的能量,而且还改变了磨盘上物料层的稳定性,加剧了整个系统的运行不稳定性。初步揭示了立式辊磨机内部的空气流场分布特性,并为系统的结构优化提供了一定的依据。

Abstract:The structure and the working principle of the vertical roller mill are firstly introduced. And then, based on which, the distribution characteristics of the air flow field inside the vertical roller mill are simulated and studied by the computational fluid dynamics software. The numerical simulation results indicate that there is a large eddy inside the vertical roller mill.
