攀枝花某钛铁矿浮选试验研究

摘    要:针对攀枝花某选矿厂磁钛精矿的矿石性质,采用H2SO4—Na2SiO3—MOS药剂制度,对TiO2品位22.09%的强磁精矿进行浮选。通过浮选条件试验,确定了最佳浮选条件,然后通过比较浮选开路流程及闭路流程试验,最终获得钛铁矿精矿品位47.81%、回收率80.36%的试验指标。实验室试验获得的钛铁矿回收率与现场钛铁矿回收率相比,取得了较好的试验结果。

Abstract:According to the properties of magnetic ilmenite concentrate from a concentration plant in Panzhihua,a series of flotation experiments are carried out with reagent system of H2SO4-Na2SiO3-MOS for high intensity magnetic concentrate containing 22.09% of TiO2.The best flotation conditions are determined through experiments in various flotation conditions,and after comparing the open-circuit flotation experiment with the closed-circuit flotation experiment,experimental indexes such as the grade of titanium con...
