基于FLUENT脉冲射流喷嘴流道内轮廓的研究

摘    要:以自激振荡式脉冲水射流喷嘴为研究对象,应用FLUENT软件分别对具有锥形、三次曲线和双圆弧内轮廓的上喷嘴进行了仿真研究,分析了上喷嘴流道内轮廓形状对脉冲射流特性的影响规律。仿真结果表明,自激脉冲喷嘴上喷嘴的流道内轮廓形状对脉冲射流有很大的影响,当压力较低时,上喷嘴为锥形流道的脉冲喷嘴特性比三次曲线和双圆弧流道好;当压力较高时,上喷嘴为三次曲线流道的脉冲喷嘴特性比双圆弧和锥形好。研究结果还表明,脉冲射流的出口速度与泵压成正比。

Abstract:The self-exciting oscillating pulsed jet nozzle serves as the studied object, FLUENT is used to separately simulate and study the upper nozzel with tapered profile, cubic curve and double arc inner profile, as well as analyze the influence of inner profile of the channel of the upper nozzle on pulsing jet performance.
