液压缸稳定性模糊可靠度计算的新方法

摘    要:根据机械模糊可靠性理论,笔者计算了液压缸稳定性的模糊可靠度,为液压缸设计提供了一个重要的参照指标。计算液压缸临界压力采用了线性隶属度函数,工作载荷为正态分布的随机变量,计算实例证明了该计算方法的有效性。

Abstract:There are many factors to influence the critical press of the hydraulic cylinder.The action mechanism is not entirely clear about how various parts of the hydraulic cylinder work on its stability, moreover,the load of the hydraulic cylinder is fuzzy and random.In the paper,the fuzzy reliability of the hydraulic cylinder stability is calculated according to mechanical fuzzy reliability theory,which provides an important reference for the design of the hydraulic cylinder.In addition,linear membership function...
