| 摘 要： | 光学三维测量广泛应用于机器视觉、实物仿形、工业检测、生物医学等方面.三维面形测量具有很高精度,位相测量轮廓术是其中一种重要方法.在这种方法中相移误差对测量结果的准确性影响较大,所以对于相移误差进行研究,其中进行补偿算法分析也是很有必要的.
