聚合物熔体三维口模动态挤出流动的数学和数值模型

摘    要:本文针对受口模入口处周期性振动的入口压力驱动的聚合物熔体在挤出口模内的三维等温动态流动,建立了其数学模型,尔后利用有限元法和有限差分法建立了其数值模型。这些模型为进一步开展聚合物熔体三维口模动态挤出,尤其是异型材口模动态挤出奠定了基础。

Abstract:In this paper, the mathematical and numerical models were formulated by means of finite element and finite difference methods for the isothermal three dimensional polymer melt flow driven by a periodically oscillating entrance pressure through the extrusion die. These models can be used for study of three dimensional polymer melt dynamic extrusion from dies, especially from the die with an irregular cross section.
