有杆泵油润滑防偏磨技术的研究与应用

摘    要:针对胜坨油田特高含水开发后期 ,抽油机井杆管偏磨、腐蚀加剧等问题 ,研究开发出空心杆油润滑防偏磨技术。其防偏磨工艺中 ,油管和空心杆之间是一充满原油的密闭腔室 ,杆管不会受到采出携砂液的冲蚀 ,其原油能减轻杆管间的摩擦 ,抑制电化学腐蚀的发生。该技术工艺对油井偏磨的治理由过去“抗”偏磨 ,彻底转变到防偏磨 ,对老油田延长油井生产周期 ,提高油田开发经济效益具有积极意义

Abstract:To solve the problem of eccentric wear of tubing and rod strings in rod pumped wells, a new technique is developed. In oil production, a sealed cavity between the hollow sucker rod and tubing that is filled up with crude oil, and the oil in the cavity reduces the friction of rod and tube and restrains electrochemical corrosion. The system structure of this kind of technique is analyzed, and the application condition and economic benefits of the technique are commented.
