高压气动容腔缓冲调压控制的研究

摘    要:针对某高压电-气先导式比例控制阀的设计要求,提出高压气动容腔缓冲调压控制的概念,设计了高压气动容腔缓冲调压控制系统,并建立了系统动态数学模型,从理论上分析比较各因:秦对高压气动容腔缓冲调压控制系统性能和动态品质的影响。该研究不仅为某高压电-气先导式比例控制阀的设计奠定了理论基础,也为其它类似高压电-气比例控制元件的研究提供了新的思路。

Abstract:According to the design of pilot actuated high -pressure pneumatic proportional control valve, the conception of high - pressure pneumatic control by pressure cushioning chamber was proposed. The mathematic model of the control system by pressure cushioning chamber was given and the simulation was applied to discuss the dynamic characteristics of the system. The investigation is important for the high - pressure pneumatic proportional control valve designing and manufacturing, and also provides the new conception for the design of other high - pressure pneumatic proportional control component.
