油田油水界面位置的实时检测与控制

摘    要:本文开发并设计了一套污水除油过程中油水界面位置的实时检测与自动控制系统。设计中应用成熟的压差传感理论与模糊控制理论,使系统具有较好的稳定性和可靠性。实验证明,一些炼油装置污水处理过程在本系统的控制下能够满足排出污水油的浓度低于150mg/L的指标要求并能获得纯度较高的分离油。并且当来水压力有较大波动或污水处理罐参数有较大变化时,采用该系统对油水界面位置进行控制,其油水界面的波动完全能保持在允许的范围之内,这样就可以满足污水处理罐正常工作的要求。

Abstract:A real_time detection and automation control system of oil_water interface position in the process of sewage degrease is designed in this paper.In order to make the system get good stability and reliability,mature pressure difference sensor theory and fuzzy control theory are applied.Experiment testified that some sewage processes of petroleum refining unit can meet the requirement of oil concentration of drain water,which is less than 150 mg/L,and can get high purity extraction oil under the control of the system we designed.It also showed that if we control the position of oil_water interface with this system,the fluctuation of oil_water interface could maintain the allowable arrange even though the pressure of water supply has large fluctuation and the parameter of sewage processing pot has large variation.Thus it can meet the demand of normal function of sewage processing pot.
