抽水蓄能电站机组效率测量方法的探讨

摘    要:我国已建和在建的抽水蓄能电站较多,机组设备多由国外引进.一般在机组设备合同中对机组效率均有严格的保证,然而按一般的机组效率试验方法难以实现对抽水蓄能机组效率的高精度测量,没有合适的试验方法能验证厂家的效率保证值.以山东泰安抽水蓄能电站为实例,探讨适合抽水蓄能电站机组效率测量的方法,即利用上水库水位变化高精度计算出水泵水轮机过水流量,提高机组效率试验精度,从而测定机组效率。

Abstract:There are many pumped-storage plants in China and the equipment of their units is mostly imported from other countries. Generally, the contract of equipment has strict demands upon the unit efficiency. However, it is hard to have found a high-precise measurement method to illustrate the condition of unit efficiency. Besides, the value of efficiency guarantee from a manufacturer can not be verified without a suitable testing method. The author uses as the study case the Tai'an Pumped-storage Plant of Shandong Province to explore an appropriate method for measuring unit efficiency. The method consists in very precisely calculating the rate of flow through a pump-turbine depending on the upstream water levels, in order to raise the accuracy of efficiency testing.
