| 摘 要： | 介绍了韶钢105 m2烧结机过程控制系统的构成及主要控制方式。以烧结生产中关键的自动配料、混合料水分、点火炉以及烧结终点控制为例,综合应用烧结理论和控制理论等多学科知识,对烧结过程控制系统及其控制方法进行了探讨,阐述了控制系统在烧结生产过程中的实际应用和效果。

| Abstract: | Constitution and main control modes of process control system for 105 m~2 sintering machine in Shaoguan Iron & Steel Group Co Ltd are presented.Taking key controls for auto-charging,mixing material moisture,ignition furnace and sintering end point in sintering production as examples,sintering process control system and its control methods are discussed through synthetical use of sintering theory and control theory.Practical application and effects of the control system in sintering production process are described. |
