导电混凝土除冰化雪系统输入功率的有限元计算

摘    要:用有限元程序成功地分析了导电混凝土除冰化雪系统.通过对除冰时的分析,验证了方法的正确性,同时得到了除冰时间与输入功率的关系,进而确定了除冰时所需的最小功率.通过对除雪时的分析,得到了经济合理的除雪方式及最小输入功率,为导电混凝土的制作和该系统的工程应用提供了坚实的理论基础.

Abstract:The electricity conductive concrete is used to deice or melt snow applying its Joule heating effect. The finite element method is introduced to analyze deicing or snow melting system successfully. The result is proved to be valid through the analysis on deicing when the system is used to deice at 1?kW/m 2 of power input. The relation between time and temperature are consistent with the data of the related reference. At the same time, the relation between power input and the deicing time is obtained, the minimum power input is determined at this situation. These analyses have great significance in making and applications of electricity conductive concrete in deicing or snow melting.
