换气周期对减压贮藏冬枣品质的影响

摘    要:研究了在温度-0.5~1.5℃,大气压力在0.035~0.045MPa条件下,换气周期对冬枣贮藏品质的影响。结果表明,减压有效地保持了枣果的硬度和Vc含量,降低了呼吸强度,抑制了总糖含量的增加;由于换气周期不同,贮藏结束时冬枣的品质有很大差异。3d换1次空气处理的冬枣,呼吸强度最低,总糖增加和硬度、Vc下降最缓慢,好果率最高,保鲜效果最好。

Abstract:The effect of interval ventilation time on quality of `Dongzao' jujube during hypobaric storage at low temperature was studied. Results showed that hypobaric storage significantly kept firmness and vitamin C content, reduced respiration rate, inhibited the increasing of sugar content. Due to the different interval ventilation time ,the quality of jujube was different at the end of storage. Ventilating once every three days is the best condition for lowest, respiration rate, higher sugar content and less loss of Vitamin C content and better firmness of the fruit.
