摘    要:文中采用溶胶 -凝胶法合成了In2 O3纳米粉体 ,确定其晶体结构并掺入Co3O4 、Au等掺杂剂制成烧结式器件 ,该器件对CO气体具有较高的灵敏度 ,良好的响应恢复特性和选择性

Abstract:The nanocrystalline In 2O 3 powder was prepared by sol-gel method and its construction was expressed by XRD (X-Ray Diffraction) and SEM (Sweep Electron Microscope) view. The sintering-type gas sensor based on this material has excellent sensing properties to CO gas. The sensitivity, selectivity and the rates response and recovery were improved greatly by addition of Co 3O 4 and Au.
