磁致旋光效应在测量脉冲大电流中的应用

摘    要:本文提出一种利用磁致旋光效应(法拉第效应)测量脉冲大电流的方法。这是一种是实时、在线、非接触测量大电流方法。利用本文提出的方法,可检测到雷电引起的输电线路的瞬间脉冲大电流。该方法采用的磁质旋光效应介质(三氯化铁)安全无毒,采用的激光光源(半导体激光器)输出光强稳定,价格低廉,使用寿命长(约10000小时)。这是一种值得推广的测量脉冲大电流方法。

Abstract:A new method of measuring strong impulse current with magnetic rotation effect (Faraday effect) was put forward. With the real- time, on- line and non- touch method, strong im- pulse current in a blink of power transmission line caused by thunder can be check. The measuring medium used in the method is safe and innocuous. Laser lamp- house (semiconductor laser producer) has many advantages, such as steady output light intensity, cheap price and long life (about 10000 hours). There- fore, it is a method deserves to extend.
