| 摘 要： | 数控机床防护罩外观造型设计直接影响其在市场的竞争力,文章根据人机工程学原理对数控机床SSCK16防护罩外观造型进行虚拟设计,利用AutoCAD软件绘制二维图,用Solidworks软件进行三维造型,然后由PhotoShop软件生成数控机床外观造型图。实践表明,采用虚拟设计可以缩短产品开发周期,降低开发成本,使产品更加具有竞争力。

| Abstract: | NC machine shield appearance modeling has great influence on the market.In the paper,the shield appearance modeling of NC machine SSCK16 is designed based on ergonomics.The design is completed by using a serious software.The 2D drawings are created by AutoCAD,the 3D solid models are built by Solidworks,and the rendering pictures are built by PhotoShop.The virtual design is a good way for enterprises to develop new products because it can reduce the design time and the product cost to enhance competition ability of the NC machine in market. |
