摘    要:金属矿山深部开采是解决资源紧张的必然趋势,地下金属矿采矿科学技术的发展趋势是无人采矿,介绍了国内外井下无人采矿工艺装备控制技术发展与现状。结合典型,详细介绍了国内外矿山无人采矿过程控制、矿井机械控制、无人驾驶汽车、遥控铲运机以及遥控通信系统实现技术的使用和开发,并对未来无人采矿装备导航与控制技术的发展进行了展望。指出了建设无人矿山是改造和提升矿山竞争力和生命力的有效途径,是知识经济对矿业可持续发展的必然要求。

Key Technologies for Navigation and Control of Unmanned Mining Equipment Used for Underground Metal Mines

Abstract:The deep mining is an inexorable trend to solve the problem of ore resource shortage in metal mines and unmanned mining is a development tendency of mining science and technique for underground metal mines.In this paper,the present situation and development of navigation and control technologies for underground unmanned mining equipment at home and abroad are introduced.In the light of typical examples the control of unmanned mining process and underground mining machinery,and the use and progress of unmanned trucks,remote-control LHDs and communication system at home and abroad are described in detail.In addition,development of navigation and control technologies for unmanned mining equipment is prospected.It is pointed out that the construction of unmanned mines is not only an effective way for revamping and promoting mine's competitiveness and vitality,but also an inevitable demand of mining industry sustainable development in the knowledge economy era.
