基于UG与MoldFlow化妆盒零件注射模设计

在分析塑料成型工艺和产品结构特点的基础上,基于UGNX7.0与MoldFlow软件,对化妆盒零件注射模的设计过程进行了阐述。本设计采用1模3腔,采用斜导柱斜滑块外抽芯、斜滑块内抽芯、弹簧配合抽芯方式等侧向抽芯,有效地保证了塑件的成型效率与成型要求,提高了设计效率,降低了塑件的生产成本。
