锥形摆线轮磨削加工方法研究

摘    要:使锥形摆线轮齿廓曲面沿轴向产生线性变化是锥形摆线轮齿廓面加工的关键技术问题.为了获得较高的齿廓曲面加工精度,提出了在"指锥包络"切削的基础上,采用"圆弧砂轮"磨削的精加工方法.以锥形摆线轮的小端为基准,推导了锥形摆线轮在磨削过程中磨具的运动轨迹,并运用三维软件,对加工过程进行运动仿真,验证磨削加工的可行性.在理论推导和加工仿真的基础上,完成样机的试制.在ZC1066H三坐标测量机上,对采用"圆弧磨具"进行磨削的锥形摆线轮齿廓曲面进行加工精度检测,采用最小二乘法的数据处理方法,对锥形啮合副的齿距偏差、齿廓偏差等保证锥形摆线轮行星传动运动精度和平稳性的重要指标进行评定,测得磨削后的锥形摆线轮齿廓综合总偏差为0.08mm,齿距累积总偏差为0.0938,测量结果表明该磨削加工方法切实可行,且具有较高的精度.
