摘    要:在精密制造领域,纯铁材料由于材料物理性能的特殊性,使得其切削性能与一般的黑色金属差异很大,以纯铁为材料的精密零件的制造难度很大.着重从刀具的选择和车削过程中刀具的磨损情况两个方面研究纯铁的车削性能,以期解决纯铁材料高精度零件的制造技术难题.

Abstract:On the field of precision manufacturing technique,comparing with ordinary iron alloy,the cutting performance of pure iron is special because of it' s unique physical & mechanical attribute.That is very difficult to accomplish precision manufacture of pure iron part.So tries to solve the problem through the study on selection tool' s material of fitting pure iron' s cutting,for example cermet,and the study on the tool wear of cutting process of pure iron.The result shows the cermet tool can finish precision ...
