摘    要:在《塑料模具设计》课堂教学中引入CAD/CAE/CAM技术,使用大量的动画、图片、实例分析案例进行教学,有效地针对模具结构和注射工艺的难点进行讲解。在实践方面,通过模具装拆实验、模具展会参观以及大作业的方式加深学生对模具结构的理解。课堂教学与实践教学的有机结合,激发了同学学习兴趣,收到了良好的教学效果。

Reform and Practice of Plastic Mold Design Course Teaching to the Application Talents Cultivation
Abstract:The plastic mold design course teaching based on CAD/CAE/CAM,use a lot of animation,pictures,case analysis case for teaching,effectively against the mold structure and injection molding process difficulties in the lecture.After installation experiment,mold with big homework exhibition tour in mold structure way deepen the understanding of students.Classroom teaching and practice teaching organically,stimulated the students study interest,has received the good teaching effect.
