桥盘上极板多工位级进模设计

摘    要:针对高形位精度小尺寸零件因压形易造成失步、送料不畅和冲裁变形的问题,通过分析桥盘上极板零件的成形工艺性,设计了桥盘上极板多工位级进模的排样方案和模具。有效保证了零件质量,提高了生产效率。实践证明该模具结构合理,性能可靠。

Design of Multi-Position Progressive Die for the Bridge Plate
Abstract:Considering that there will be problems of out-of-step,feeding difficulty and cutting deformation when small size parts with high geometric and position precision are fabricated by stamping forming,designed multi-station-level nesting scheme and die through analyzing the manufacturability of plate parts in the bridges and discs.Parts' quality was guaranteed and production efficiency was improved.It has been proved that the die has reasonable structure and reliable performance.
