摘    要:利用响应曲面法研究超声波辅助提取红菇子实体多糖的工艺。在单因素试验基础上,选择了提取功率、时间和温度为自变量,多糖得率为响应值,建立了超声提取工艺条件多元二次模型,探讨了各因素及其交互作用对多糖提取的影响,确定子实体多糖超声波辅助提取工艺的最佳条件为:提取功率380 W、时间7 min 52 s、温度44℃、液料比40︰1(mL/g)和料液pH8,在此条件下提取的多糖得率为5.69%。

Abstract:Optimization of ultrasonic extraction of polysaccharides from Russula sp.was investigated by response surface methodology.Based on singal factor experiments,ultrasonic power,time and temperature were chose as independent variables,and polysaccharide yield as response value.An extraction regression equation was established through Box-Behnken design.The impact of various factors and their interactions on the extraction of polysaccharides were discussed and the optimal extraction processing parameters were ultrasonic power of 380 W,extraction time of 7 min 52 s,temperature of 44 ℃,liquid to solid ratio of 40︰1(mL/g) and pH8.Under the optimal extraction conditions,the polysaccharide yield was 5.69%.
