摘    要:本文通过分析和比较同相和反相放大器En-In噪声的特点,给出了若干新结果。本文方法在低噪声运放电路设计和运放噪声参数提取中都具有十分重要的意义。

Abstract:In this paper, on the basis of analysing and comparing the characteristics of En-In noise of in-phase and inverting amplifiers,new results are presented. The methods in this paper are highly important for us to design a low-noise circuit consisting of an operational amplifier and to extract the noise parameters of the operational amplifier.
