摘    要:本文给出一种基于状态分析的微粒检测方法,该方法简单可靠、检测精度高,适用于Coulter法或光阻法测量流体中微粒个数及体积分布,易在可编程器件中实现。在Cyclone Ⅱ EP2C5 FPGA中构建五通道微粒分析系统,经测试具有良好的检测效果。

Abstract:In this paper, a method of particle analysis based on state-analysis is introduced.This method is simple, reliable, high precision, easy to implement in FPGA and applicable to detect particle's number and volume-distribution accompanied with principle of Coulter methods or light blockage.Using this method, a five-channel particle analysis system that has been tested with high precision is built in Cyclone II EP2C5.
