散热器热工性能实验台的改造

摘    要:根据国际标准ISO3148-1975和国家标准GB/T13754-92,对北京建筑工程学院散热器热工性能实验台进行了改造.改造核心是对自控检测系统的升级换代,另外还改造了热水系统和冷风系统.自控系统采用开物2000工控软件,实现了自动监测与控制.经实验测试证明.改造后的实验台具有良好的自控能力,实验精度达到国际标准.

Abstract:The radiator thermal performance test-bed of BICEA was reconstructed according to the international standards ISO3148-1975 and national standards GB/T13754-92, The key component of the reconstruction was the update of the autonomous and examination system, besides the reconstruction of the hot water system and cold air system. The new system was controlled and monitored automatically by the KW2000. It was proved that the test-bed could be controlled well and the character was improved obviously after reconstruction. The precision of the experiment can reach the international standards.
