氯醇橡胶改性PVC的研究

摘    要:通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和差示扫描量热计(DSC)研究了聚氯乙烯(PVC)与均聚型氯醇橡胶(CHR)的相容性,发现两者具有部分相容性。考察了CHR及重质CaCO_3用量对PVC的力学性能和加工性能的影响。结果表明,在PVC中加入少量CHR,不仅可明显地提高PVC的冲击强度,而且可缩短其塑化时间,降低其熔体粘度;共混物的拉伸强度和加工性能则随CaCO_3用量的增加而降低。

Abstract:The compatibility of PVC and polyepichlorohydrin rubber (CHR) was studied byFourier-transform infrared spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimetry. we found that theblends were compatible partially.The effects of the amount of CHR and ground CaCO_3on the mechanical property and processibility of PVC were investigated and the resultsshowed that the impact strength increased remarkably and the plasticizing timeand the melt viscosity reduced by adding a small amount of CHR to PVC matrix. The impactstrength of PVC/CHR (100/10) had the peak value at the amount of 30 parts groundCaCO_3, But the tensile strength and processibility of the blend decreased as the increase inCaCO_3 added to the blend.
