铝合金切削过程刀具磨损预测研究

摘    要:为更精确地研究刀具磨损,建立刀具磨损模型至关重要。目前刀具磨损的模型主要是经典的刀具磨损模型和刀具磨损预测模型,刀具磨损预测模型主要为人工神经网络、隐马尔可夫模型和支持向量机模型。分析铝合金切削过程中的刀具磨损机制,总结经典的刀具磨损模型,梳理刀具磨损预测模型。铝合金切削过程中刀具主要的磨损机制为黏着磨损、扩散磨损和磨粒磨损。结果表明:在黏着磨损和磨粒磨损的基础上考虑扩散磨损的刀具磨损理论模型最接近实际加工。

Abstract:In order to study tool wear more accurately,it is very important to establish tool wear model.At present,the main tool wear models are classical tool wear model and tool wear prediction model,and tool wear prediction models are mainly artificial neural network,hidden Markov model and support vector machine model .The tool wear mechanism in aluminum alloy cutting process was analyzed,several classic tool wear models were summarized,and the tool wear prediction model was combed.The main wear mechanisms of aluminum alloy cutting tools were adhesive wear,diffusion wear and abrasive wear.The results show that the theoretical model of tool wear considering diffusion wear on the basis of adhesive wear and abrasive wear is closest to the actual machining.
