摘    要:设计并搭建基于球形单元的相变储热装置。储热水箱作为太阳能供暖系统中的核心设备,水箱的放热性能直接决定储能系统整体的运行效率。通过单一控制变量法对球形单元储热装置进行放热试验,得到并分析温度变化曲线。结果表明:在水箱空间一定且相变材料基本一致时,球形相变单元个数对装置的放热效率影响较大;改变单元之间层间距对装置的放热效率影响较小;入口温度和入口流量的变化对整个装置换热效率影响较大。

Abstract:A phase change heat storage device was designed and built based on a spherical unit.The hot water storage tank is the core equipment in the solar heating system,and the heat release performance of the water tank directly determines the overall operating efficiency of the energy storage system.The heat release experiments of the spherical unit heat storage device were carried out by using single control variable method,and the temperature change curves were obtained and analyzed.The results show that when the water tank space is constant and the phase change materials are basically the same,the number of spherical phase change units has greater impact on the heat release efficiency of the device;changing the interlayer spacing between the units has less impact on the heat release efficiency of the device;the change of inlet temperature and inlet flow rate has greater impact on the heat transfer efficiency of the device.
