| 摘 要： | 研究了 Al2 O3预掺入氧化锌半导体材料中对压敏特性的影响 ,阐述了Al3+进入氧化锌晶格中引起其电性能的变化。说明 Al2 O3的掺入对氧化锌非线性电阻片是不可缺少的 ,并在理论上做了简要分析。

| Abstract: | The effect of Al-2O-3 dosing into ZnO semiconductive material on its volt ampere characteristics is studied. The variation of its electrical properties caused by ingress of Al+ 3+ into zinc oxide lattice is described. It is proved that Al-2O-3 dosing is essential for ZnO non linear varistors. A brief theoretical analysis is made. |
