| Abstract: | Use advanced Pavlov tube to measure the liquid local velocity, and use the conductivity probe to measure the gas holdup distribution in the slurry bubble columns. And the results show that the measuring methods are simple and reliable.The liquid velocities three-D distribution and gas holdup distributions are measured under different gas velocity in the bubble columns with diameters of 200 mm, 500 mm and 800 mm. |
