反应生成Al2O3p/Al复合材料的动力学研究

摘    要:采用熔体反应法,通过铝液与SiO2粉末之间的化学反应制备了Al2O3颗粒增强Al基复合材料。研究表明,生成的颗粒尺寸为0.2 ̄0.5μm,在Al-Si基体上分布比较均匀。利用微粒反应模型,对Al与SiO2颗粒之间的化学反应进行了动力学分析。

Abstract:Melting-reaction method was employed to fabricate Al2O3 particle reinforced Al-matrix composites based on the che-mical reaction between aluminum and SiO2 powders. The results show that the reinforced particles obtained in composites are about 0.2~0.5 μm and are homogeneously distributed in the Al-matrix; the chemical reactive kinetics between aluminum and SiO2 powders are analyzed according to the microparticle-reaction model.
