尿素设备腐蚀的影响因素及防腐措施

摘    要:从温度、氨碳比、水碳比、甲铵液浓度、氧含量、硫含量、氯离子含量、介质流速等方面论述了尿素设备腐蚀的影响因素;提出了在正常生产和停车封塔情况下的防腐控制措施。

Abstract:Effecting factors of urea equipment corrosion were discussed from aspects of temperature, ammonia/carbon ratio, water/carbon ratio, ammonium formate solution concentration, oxygen content, sulfur content, chlorion content, medium velocity etc. , the anti-corrosion control measures were suggested under conditions of normal operation and sealing reactor in shutdown time.
