| 摘 要： | 对Mall的定义和特征做了简要介绍，分析了国外不同地区Mall的建设情况，进而总结和评论当今我国Mall发展的几种特点，最后针对国外的成功经验和我国的实际情况对Mall发展提出了若干建议。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces briefly definitions and characteristics of mall, analyzes the building status of mall in different foreign regions, then summaries and comment on some characteristics of mall development in our countries nowadays. Finally, the paper points out some suggestions about mall development in terms of the successful experiences of foreign and fact of our country. |
